About Partners in Pixels

Partners in Pixels Partners in Pixels started as a group of friends who travel and photograph a wide range of subjects all over the eastern United States. After creating a significant portfolio that was gathering dust, the two of us decided to share our passion with the world. Jacalyn Ackerman is from Kernersville, NC. She started out photographing family and quickly became enamored with macro, wildlife and nature photography. However, she will "shoot" just about anything interesting! Photography gives her an excuse to travel and a purpose while she's traveling.
